I just started it 15 days ago and have noticed no results so far, reason for 4 stars ⭐️ not 5. But I like that it dissolves really quickly in hot beverages. In cold juice it takes some time to mix completely & sometimes stick to sides or bottom of cup. Love that it’s tasteless and I have no problem consuming it. Will definitely review again after I see results 👍

I was suffering from knee pain, plantar fasciitis and pelvic pain and was going to schedule with a chiropractor but once I started this and after a week, I noticed significant improvement in my pain.
