The reason I got the subscription was because it included the blueprints which it has been four months now if you check my record that I’m getting the collagen from you guys, but you still have not shipped me the blueprint. Been adding this to my morning coffee, and even some times Mac n cheese. Im just finishing my first 3 months right as the auto ship kicked in. This has become a morning routine easily, as I just add it in with my instant coffee. I use my blender I use for protein shakes, but missing with a spoon works just as well. I will say it did /slightly/ change the taste, but it's barely noticable. I was diagnosed with hEds and my cartilage is genetically faulty. Multiple doctors agreed it's not a bad idea to add it into my diet for any additional support. Between losing weight, changing my diet a bit, and adding this to my routine, I've started feeling a little better as far as my over all body pain. I can't tell you how much of the supplement is responsible for that, but I'm sure it's been helping. And I also feel good knowing this company is run by a Muslim family and also donates to aid in Palestine. It may be a little expensive, but the quality and charity on top of it make it worth it. I just started it 15 days ago and have noticed no results so far, reason for 4 stars ⭐️ not 5. But I like that it dissolves really quickly in hot beverages. In cold juice it takes some time to mix completely & sometimes stick to sides or bottom of cup. Love that it’s tasteless and I have no problem consuming it.
