Been adding this to my morning coffee, and even some times Mac n cheese. Im just finishing my first 3 months right as the auto ship kicked in. This has become a morning routine easily, as I just add it in with my instant coffee. I use my blender I use for protein shakes, but missing with a spoon works just as well. I will say it did /slightly/ change the taste, but it's barely noticable. I was diagnosed with hEds and my cartilage is genetically faulty. Multiple doctors agreed it's not a bad idea to add it into my diet for any additional support. Between losing weight, changing my diet a bit, and adding this to my routine, I've started feeling a little better as far as my over all body pain. I can't tell you how much of the supplement is responsible for that, but I'm sure it's been helping.
