I placed order #SS22012 with Sunna Supplements on September 22, 2026, with delivery expected on September 29. Unfortunately, the shipment hasn't moved since September 23. Customer support acknowledged the delay on October 12 and promised to investigate. However, as of October 18, I still haven't received my order or an update. My mother really likes your products, and we would love to remain loyal customers. However, such a long delivery delay within the USA is disappointing. I sincerely hope you can resolve this issue promptly and improve your shipping and customer service. We appreciate your products and efforts. I have been consuming this same product for over a year with no issues. However, I recently bought it specifically because it was advertised as being 100% halal; yet, after consuming it, I began to experience stomach pain and nausea. The first couple of times I didn't notice it—I assumed it was caused by something else—but it turned out to be this product.
My package arrived damaged. There was a tear and much of the contents was spilled into the box it came in I wasn't sure if the powder was safe to use. I did request a new one which has not arrived. Please send a new one or a refund.

The reason I got the subscription was because it included the blueprints which it has been four months now if you check my record that I’m getting the collagen from you guys, but you still have not shipped me the blueprint. Been adding this to my morning coffee, and even some times Mac n cheese. Im just finishing my first 3 months right as the auto ship kicked in. This has become a morning routine easily, as I just add it in with my instant coffee. I use my blender I use for protein shakes, but missing with a spoon works just as well. I will say it did /slightly/ change the taste, but it's barely noticable. I was diagnosed with hEds and my cartilage is genetically faulty. Multiple doctors agreed it's not a bad idea to add it into my diet for any additional support. Between losing weight, changing my diet a bit, and adding this to my routine, I've started feeling a little better as far as my over all body pain. I can't tell you how much of the supplement is responsible for that, but I'm sure it's been helping. And I also feel good knowing this company is run by a Muslim family and also donates to aid in Palestine. It may be a little expensive, but the quality and charity on top of it make it worth it. Also with the 3 pack it really only comes to $27 per bag and that what I pay for a bag of my protein mix. May God grant you all paradise for helping so many people 🥰

I just started it 15 days ago and have noticed no results so far, reason for 4 stars ⭐️ not 5. But I like that it dissolves really quickly in hot beverages. In cold juice it takes some time to mix completely & sometimes stick to sides or bottom of cup. Love that it’s tasteless and I have no problem consuming it. Will definitely review again after I see results 👍
